Cancellation fee of 100% of service bill is applicable to ALL no-shows and cancellations without 24 hour notice. Your appointment can be cancelled if you do not use confirmation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Your appointment can be cancelled if you are 10 minutes late with no communication.
